Beglog is a portal dedicated to strategic supply chain management and profitability analysis for distribution centers. Services include, but are not limited to:

• Training and educational resources on working capital efficiency in warehouses.
• Analyses and tools for strategic management and profitability growth.
• Information and factoring solutions for logistics operators.

We do not guarantee specific results or profit increases as a result of using our services.

3. Rights and Obligations

User Rights

You have the right to access and use the platform's content for legal professional purposes, in accordance with these terms.

User Obligations

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for using the platform in a legal manner. Using the services for fraudulent activities or activities that infringe on third-party rights is prohibited.

Beglog's Obligations

We are committed to providing services professionally and maintaining a functional platform, within reasonable limits. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service.

4. Limitation of Liability

Beglog is not liable for:

• Loss of profit, data, or business opportunities resulting from the use or inability to use the services.
• Business decisions made based on information or analyses presented on the platform.

Our liability is limited to a maximum of the amount paid for the services that caused the damages, if applicable.

5. Payment and Refund Terms

If services involve costs, they will be clearly presented before order confirmation. All prices are expressed in RON and include VAT, where applicable. Our refund/return policy is detailed on the dedicated page. We do not offer refunds for fully delivered digital services (e.g., accessed training).

6. Termination of Use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a user's access to the platform, without prior notice, in case of violation of these terms. The user may cease using the services at any time by simply discontinuing access.

7. Modification of Terms

Beglog reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
